Chair Roxanne Stephens called the meeting of the City of Hollister Fire Protection Advisory Committee to order at 9:02 a.m.

Committee Member Ignacio Velazquez led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Meeting Clerk Veronica Mena called the roll.

    Approve minutes with corrections.

Chair Roxanne Stephens opened public comment at 9:07 a.m. Their be no request to speak, public comment closed.

Fire Chief Goulding gave a presentation on the Feasibility study.

    Moved forward with the Feasibility Study pending the outcome of San Benito County Board of Supervisors vote on their meeting on August 12, 2025

Fire Chief Goulding presented the report and introduce Justin Powell from Fire Recovery USA, who gave a presentation. 

By consensus committee members gave direction on billing guidelines to include in a draft ordinance and directed staff to bring back the draft ordinance at a special meeting on September 4, 2025.

No reports or comments

Fire Chief Goulding gave the Biannual Fire services report. 

Vice Chair Leslie Jordan requested a breakdown of incidents that happened within San Juan Bautista City limits.

Chair Roxanne Stephens requested a future item to discuss the meeting start time. 

Committee Member Ignacio Velazquez requested a report for the flood response plan. 

Chair Roxanne Stephens adjourned the Fire Protection Advisory Committee Meeting at 10:37 a.m.
