RECEIVE AN INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATION REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS (ODS) FOR MULTI-UNIT AND MIXED-USE HOUSING PROJECTS IN THE DOWNTOWN

Senior Planner Ambur Cameron and Placeworks consultant Greg Goodfellow provided the presentation.

Planning Manager Kelly reported that on March 3, 2025, the City Council voted to repeal the 2040 General Plan. As a result, the City of Hollister continues to operate under the 2005 General Plan.
