Councilmember Picha reported the Association of Monterey Area Governments published the draft Metropolitan Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Study, and the public is invited to comment. Mayor Stephens reported San Benito County LAFCO met last week and appointed the new public representative to the Commission. 10.2COUNCIL REPORTS Mayor Stephens reported she attended the LAFCO conference in San Diego in October. Councilmember Picha reported on the Third Annual Native Gathering held November 7-9 and thanked the many organizations that helped make it a successful event. Councilmember Picha reported on a Veterans Day event he attended on November 11. Councilmember de Anda reported she attended the Third Annual Native Gathering and commended the efforts of those who organized and attended the event. 1.CITY COUNCIL REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS 10.3CITY MANAGER REPORT Interim City Manager Jim Pia thanked City staff for their quick responses during the recent storms.
